Manufacturing Information

Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to handle sheet metal up to and including half inch plate. We can fabricate steel up to 40 foot lengths with a 10 ton crane. Quality control at every stage of manufacture is possible because all components except for the steel castings for spiders, bearings and shafting are made in our plant. We prefer to use the welding system because of its proven advantages.  With our Laser and Plasma Arc fabricator we can produce panels of even the most intricate shapes in both imperial and metric sizes with computerized speed and precision allowing us to maintain a  consistently high standard of quality & workmanship.

Shipping

Our Richmond location gives us direct and easy access to all major road, rail, water and air links within our trading area. That means fast, often overnight shipments that minimize downtime and disruption of operation.  Because of our welding method of manufacture, your job can he shipped in nested components, facilitating handling and keeping your shipping costs down.

Installation

Installation is carried out on site by a team of people who, more than likely, have come to know your job, your personnel, your site and your timetable through their involvement in your projects at earlier stages of it's design and manufacture.  Add to this the fact that the welding system allows us to assemble components without complex tools and you have an installation technique that really does mean maximum efficiency and minimum disruption of your operating schedule.
